[off-topic] Talk to the international space station

Hi guys and girls,

I know this is off topic but how many people in the world get to talk to
the Astronauts on the ISS ?

I wonder if Perth/Broome will be in the same satellite footprint, might
email and ask what frequency/modulation they're using and see if I can
