Read the bits that you can understand.
Don't just be baffled by the stuff that you don't.

The detected, available speeds are clearly shown.

It appears that your modem thinks that it is in ADSL2+ mode.
Does Bigpong actually do that in Warnbro?

If your throughput is only a small fraction of those data rates,
then there's a problem with the equipment at the exchange; or your
router is cactus.

Eliminate the latter by using a different modem/router that's known
to work.
