PLUG financial members are entitled to a shell account on our shell server shameless (NOTE: currently [July 2011] this service is not available due to server migration and other bits and pieces going on).

Conditions of Use

By using these services, we ask that you agree to comply with a few conditions:

• Do not attempt to break security in any way.
• Do not participate in any illegal activities.
• Refrain from excessive, unnecessary, or abusive mail or news posting, or other network usage.
• Refrain from excessive use of network bandwidth and disc usage.
• Please select a secure password for your PLUG account. Accounts with insecure passwords may be locked by the committee.
• We would prefer that you never disclose your password to anyone else. You will be considered responsible for anybody else's use of your account.

Violating these conditions of use will result in your account being locked.
